The apartment is in the heart of Zell am See tourist location, 3km from Kaprun and 4km
from Zell am See. Magnificent Kitzsteinhorn glacier offers high mountain skiing and great panorama view. You can visit nearby ski resort - Saalbach-Hinterglemm - offering tens of kilometers of ski slopes with  countless cottages for your refreshment. After whole day skiing you can relax in Tauern Spa in Kaprun, swim in an outdoor warm water pool and watch mountains around. When visiting in summer, you can enjoy number of hiking trails or rent a bike (normal or even electric one) and make unforgettable trips around. Supermarket is located in Piesendorf, 8 minutes by foot from Apartment.

This is a separate apartment in apartment house with a separate entrance. The building also offers a restaurant and a bar (open only during peak season). There is a free  parking in front of the building.

During winter season, you can use ski room on the ground floor to store your skis, including electric dryers for ski shoes.
